In recent years the church has struggled with the tension between the content of the Gospel and the context in which it is delivered.  What parts of the Gospel are necessary to convey?  How should we approach the different contexts which the message comes to?  This message will wake us up to the need for a right foundation before we delve into contextualization in chapters 8-10.
