There is a big difference between a hand tool and a power tool.  Both are sufficient for you to accomplish your task, but power helps accomplish the task faster and easier.  In our text, Jesus gives His disciples a promise that, although He will ascend to the Father, He will come back through the Holy Spirit, and enable them to fulfill His will more effectively and quickly.
